Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of practice and inclusion provisions across our regions, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and national standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Support colleagues in achieving excellent practice throughout our settings.
- Collaborate with managers and regional managers to ensure effective implementation of quality improvement plans.
- Produce regular reports on quality and compliance, highlighting areas for improvement and progress made.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Ofsted and Local Authority representatives.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure our settings are compliant.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a quality assurance or compliance role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Driving license and ability to travel between settings.
