About the Role

The Capacity Planning Specialist plays a vital role in efficiently allocating resources to satisfy customer needs. By collaborating closely with the planning and logistics departments, along with technical teams, you will help ensure exceptional customer service delivery. This position is situated in our newly established office in Manchester, as part of a broader planning and customer service unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee installation capacity and scheduling.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and team leaders.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Assist Team Leaders in identifying and implementing enhanced operational methods.
  • Guide and mentor fellow Planning Agents in utilizing Aira systems.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians to optimize resource allocation.
  • Order materials, generate purchase orders, and coordinate material deliveries.
  • Monitor team performance and leverage insights to enhance service operations.
  • Receive forecasts from central functions, execute optimizations, and report outcomes either directly or through the Team Lead.
