About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our stores, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the store's appearance by thoroughly cleaning and tidying all areas, including trolley bays, car parks, and outside spaces.
- Operate industrial cleaning machinery with confidence and efficiency.
- Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as required.
- Ensure that hygiene and Health and Safety standards are upheld at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
- A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Passion for delivering exceptional results and a commitment to teamwork.
- Drive and independence to carry out tasks to the best of your ability.
