{"h1": "Agile Automation Tester", "p": "At Paragon Bank, we're seeking a skilled Agile Automation Tester to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and executing manual and automation test scenarios to ensure our solutions meet business needs. You'll work closely with our scrum team to understand requirements and develop accurate test approaches.

Responsibilities:

* Work as part of an agile delivery team to test functional and non-functional requirements using manual and automation approaches
* Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
* Analyze and design test scenarios that effectively prove business requirements
* Contribute to the development of user stories and acceptance criteria
* Utilize BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) to create test cases/scripts
* Assist with the delivery of CI/CD approach across multiple products
* Create test scripts and test cases based on reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria
* Execute all levels of testing, including system, integration, and regression testing
* Utilize automated test tools such as Selenium, SoapUI, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Repos, Java, Cucumber, Git, IntelliJ, and Rest Assured
* Attend and contribute to scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong quality assurance
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of testing standards for use by the team and/or department as a whole to promote the quality and effectiveness of IT solutions
* Identify issues or problems that may jeopardize project deadlines or compromise the solution required and highlight/escalate any issues or concerns to the Delivery Manager/Automation Test Lead
* Conduct peer reviews within the team

* Ability to effectively prioritize and work under pressure to deliver quality solutions
* Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
* Ability and willingness to learn new technical skills and apply them effectively
