Job Summary:

E3 Recruitment is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturer based in the Driffield area. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks, working closely with the production team to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MIG welding and fabrication of metal components
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Ensuring high attention to detail and quality in all work produced
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in MIG welding and fabrication
  • Excellent understanding of MIG welding processes and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
