Financial Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**

Ten Staffing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in the preparation of monthly P&L expenditure analysis
* Prepare monthly recurring journals
* Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
* Maintain cash books and credit card receipts
* Reconcile all bank accounts
* Ensure all purchase ledger items are complete

**Requirements**

* AAT qualified or training to become
* Strong MS Excel knowledge
* Demonstrable working knowledge of allocating concepts such as accruals and prepayments
* Experience of sales and expenditure analysis
* Organized, accurate, and able to meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in Manufacturing
