Job Title: Aspiring Secondary Teacher Program

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term

Location: Tower Hamlets

Salary: £105 - £110 per day

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Aspiring Secondary Teacher Program as Secondary Teaching Assistants. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a renowned secondary school in the Borough of Tower Hamlets, known for its outstanding reputation and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Secondary Teaching Assistant, supporting students in their academic journey
  • Carry out 1:1 and group interventions to raise attainment
  • Work across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a focus on GCSE and A-Level interventions
  • Enroll onto the Aspiring Secondary Teacher Program (Schools Direct) for September 2025

Requirements:

  • Desirable degree from a reputable University in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, or Psychology
  • Good A-Levels and GCSEs across the board
  • Confidence in your ability and knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level curriculum
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Commitment and ambition to succeed
