We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Customer Due Diligence team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest levels of quality in our CDD processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct retrospective quality reviews to ensure policies and procedures are followed in line with regulatory requirements and AML and Sanctions policies.
- Provide feedback to CDD Analysts and liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to identify gaps in processes and improve the customer experience.
- Work with the Quality Assurance Managers and wider team to explore opportunities for improvement.
We are looking for a proactive individual with experience of working within Customer Due Diligence and conducting Quality Assurance checks. You will have:
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to Customer Due Diligence, specifically customer onboarding, account reviews, and transaction monitoring.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- A self-motivated and action-oriented individual with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- The ability to work under minimal supervision independently and collaboratively within a team as required.
