About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Host to join our Airport Hospitality Team at MAG. As a Hospitality Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our lounge guests, ensuring a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to lounge guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain the lounge facilities to a high standard, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Manage lounge bookings and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process payments and reconcile monies taken, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, adhering to product directions and alcohol licensing regulations.
  • Assist with clearing and organizing the lounge, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables, adhering to environmental policies.
  • Provide assisted service to guests, performing back-of-house duties as required.

About You:

We are looking for a team player with a solid background in customer service, hospitality, or retail. You should possess excellent communication skills, numerical and analytical abilities, and computer literacy. Experience working on your own initiative and building relationships is essential.
