Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of construction insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Develop new business opportunities within the construction sector, identifying and pursuing new leads and partnerships.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions for their construction insurance needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and underwriters, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on construction insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with a particular emphasis on construction insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • CII qualification is desirable but not essential.
