Production Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our production team as a Bottling Hall Operative.

This role involves working on a weekend shift, Saturday and Sunday, from 6am to 6pm, with the possibility of working Fridays if required. The hourly rate is £11.53, rising to £14.76 after six weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate filling equipment in accordance with company procedures
  • Lead machine product changeovers
  • Ensure bottles meet customer specifications
  • Complete quality documentation in line with company standards
  • Handle materials and machine components with care and reconcile them
  • Maintain machine and working areas in a clean and well-maintained state
  • Support colleagues as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience with labelling machines
  • Strong team working skills
  • A willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of computer software
  • A positive attitude towards work
