Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer orders: Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders to their doorstep, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Ensure accurate handling of goods: Handle goods with care, ensuring they are delivered in excellent condition.
- Provide excellent customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide a positive experience.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness: Regularly clean and maintain the vehicle to ensure a safe and professional image.
- Follow road safety regulations: Adhere to all road safety and traffic regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading: Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license: Possess a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Previous delivery experience: Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent time management: Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills: Possess strong customer service and communication skills to provide a positive experience.
- Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
