Job Overview

Are you prepared to play a crucial role in the development of our innovative projects? We are looking for a skilled planner to join our dynamic team, where every member contributes to addressing our clients' challenges collaboratively. Our workplace is characterized by diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that exceptional talent is recognized regardless of background.

Understanding that individuals have varying priorities, we are committed to supporting your needs. Flexible and remote work arrangements are integral to our culture. We encourage discussions about your ideal work setup, whether it involves shorter workweeks or the option to purchase additional leave during school holidays. If you are re-entering the workforce after a break, we are here to assist you in your transition back to work.

Within our major projects division in Nuclear & Power, we are seeking a planner who will:
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, establishing a baseline schedule that identifies critical paths, resources, work breakdown structures, milestones, and documentation in a Basis of Schedule.
  • Facilitate and lead interactive planning sessions to ensure comprehensive schedules are created using industry best practices and benchmarking data.
  • Ensure all tasks are logically linked and aligned with project deliverables, execution plans, and contracting strategies.
  • Regularly update schedule progress in accordance with established processes, validating completed work.
  • Identify and articulate discrepancies between the current schedule, planned timelines, earned value, and forecasts, clearly communicating these to the project team. This includes key performance indicators such as Earned Value, Schedule Performance Index, and Cost Performance Index.
  • Collaborate with the cost controller to pinpoint significant variances between the schedule and financials.
  • Work with the project team to ascertain necessary resources and man-hours for project activities, maintaining updates throughout the project lifecycle in conjunction with the cost controller.
  • Generate project reports, trending charts, and schedule analyses periodically, leading progress communications and update meetings.
