Job Title: EYFS Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring EYFS Teacher to join our team at Wayman Education. As a specialist recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience in the education field, we are committed to providing exceptional teaching opportunities for qualified professionals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing daily lesson plans that reflect the school's curriculum and focus on individual learning needs of EYFS students. They will also be expected to create and maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment for EYFS-aged children.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create an excellent education experience for EYFS students
  • Engage with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and other concerns
  • Maintain regular communication with the school leadership team regarding lesson plans, assessments, and student progress

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, or PGCE and strong academic record
  • Experience in teaching in a primary school
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience teaching EYFS-aged children

The salary for this EYFS Teacher position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract following the MPS/UPS pay scale within Inner London. We offer a supportive culture and an excellent place for both students and staff members.
