Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Shift Supervisor to join our team at Toby Carvery - Kenton Bank. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers and hosts/hostesses to ensure that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of servers and hosts/hostesses to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Act as a host, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
  • Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training and development.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, ensuring that our restaurant meets the highest standards.
