About the Role:
- Guide customers through the full kitchen and bathroom design and sales process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and preferences.
- Identify and recommend products that meet customer needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the building supplies or interior design industry.
- Strong sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products, including design trends and industry developments.
- Experience using design software, such as 20-20 Fusion planning software, would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
