About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at FCS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee paperwork, updating job descriptions, and maintaining HR records.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers, and handle onboarding administration, including background checks and new employee orientation.
  • HR Initiatives: Implement HR initiatives, including training and development programs, and monitor employee performance and attendance.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including managers and employees, and promote employee wellbeing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage employee paperwork, update job descriptions, and maintain HR records.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification: Hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Employment Legislation: Have knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous HR Experience: Have previous HR administration experience.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
