Glenshire Group, a Scottish family-owned conglomerate, is seeking a skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead the daily operations of a Pizza Hut restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant management team and team members, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including equipment maintenance and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and security standards, and implement action plans for improvement as needed.
- Meet food cost and labor goals, and manage P&L statements in accordance with financial control and security standards.
- Adapt quickly to changing trends, market, and environmental conditions, and modify store plans to meet business targets.
Leadership and Culture:
- Lead with a growth mindset and model Smart, Heart, and Courage.
- Set high standards for self and others, and implement restaurant training programs to enable team members to meet standards and maximize performance.
- Build and lead a store management team, and report back to the manager on performance and activities.
- Create a culture of positivity and inclusivity, and build strong customer relations by engaging with all customers.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of multi-outlet food retail or service industry experience at a supervisory/management level.
- Proven track record of on-target performance in Balanced Scorecard KPIs (or equivalent) with primary profit responsibility.
- Certified in Leading a Restaurant (LAR).
- Clear ITC check.
- Ability to move as required between restaurants according to the needs of the business.
