Our goal is to revolutionize the content creation process for every team, making high-quality content collaborative, straightforward, and accessible for businesses at all stages. Since our inception, we have partnered with notable brands to articulate their unique narratives that inspire authority and engagement.
The opportunity:
Wordbrew is a fully remote, U.S.-based organization looking for a Project Manager (Content Marketing) to enhance our creative team. In this role, you will collaborate across various departments, including Writing, Editing, and SEO, to oversee the execution and daily management of project deliverables, supporting key business initiatives. Acting as an advocate for our client's brand, you will represent the Wordbrew content team to business partners.
Project Management serves as the core of Wordbrew's operations team, recognized as the essential resource for process, priorities, and project specifics. You enjoy collaborating with others and can handle multiple project workflows from start to finish simultaneously. You proactively offer insightful solutions to address feedback or shifts in timelines. Your passion for helping businesses succeed through quality content is evident, and you excel at managing expectations with partner teams. You possess a natural ability to adapt and navigate through uncertainty, contributing positively to team culture.
As a Project Manager (Content Marketing), your responsibilities will include:
- Project management: Oversee project assignments, develop comprehensive project briefs, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and our writing network. You will establish and uphold delivery schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Content/SEO consultancy: Offer guidance on effective content marketing and SEO strategies to enhance client projects. Advise on best practices to improve online visibility and engagement, leveraging your extensive experience to ensure content resonates with target audiences.
- Client interaction: Manage a diverse range of clients, including conducting introductory and regular synchronization calls.
- Communication: Maintain timely and effective communication with your client roster, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Customer success: Drive upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and potential value, and devise strategies that enhance both customer loyalty and team revenue.
As an applicant, you should possess:
- 2+ years of experience in a Project Management capacity, preferably in the Marketing sector
- Experience leading both small and large, intricate creative project deliveries for cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal oversight
- Collaborative work style with exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of leadership
- Proven capability to set priorities, unblock teams, and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency—an optimistic, results-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail alongside the ability to see the broader perspective
- Ability to use positive energy to sustain personal and team momentum
- Familiarity with project management tools and best practices
- Fluent spoken English and impeccable written communication (non-negotiable)
Our values:
- We put humans first: AI may assist us, but people drive everything we do. We lead with honesty over convenience, engaging in every interaction with empathy and integrity.
- We cultivate innovation: Continuous improvement is our goal, and we are committed to adapting and evolving to reach new milestones.
- We take ownership: Every action we take is accountable to our mission. We focus on what is essential and take it upon ourselves to eliminate any roadblocks or distractions.
- We are optimistic problem-solvers: Our proactive attitude empowers us to push the boundaries of what is possible for us and our clients.
Location: This position is fully remote. Our team is distributed globally, and we strive to make remote working as seamless as possible for everyone.
Compensation: $30-35 USD/hr, starting with 30-40 hours per month and increasing as we onboard new clients.
Join us:
At Wordbrew, you will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and storytelling, contributing to a platform that is transforming the way content is created for global teams.
