About the Role:

Toni & Guy is seeking a highly skilled and creative Colour Technician to join our team. As a Colour Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional colour services to our clients, while also providing a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuing education with Toni & Guy to ensure you are a confident member of staff able to conduct personalized consultations with clients.
• Learning how to expand your client base and create high retention rates.
• Enhancing client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
• Inspiring and mentoring apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed Toni & Guy brand.
• Embracing the Superbrand status of Toni & Guy, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.
• Taking advantage of comprehensive Academy training opportunities, enriching your skills and advancing your career with Toni & Guy.
