Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of our team, the Luxury Retail Store Supervisor will oversee daily operations and drive sales in a high-end retail environment. This role is essential in upholding our brand's esteemed reputation for excellence and luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Development:
    Guide and inspire the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives. Provide coaching on effective client engagement and sales techniques.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Develop a comprehensive understanding of our exquisite jewellery, including its materials and craftsmanship. Conduct training sessions to enhance the sales team's product and industry knowledge.
  • Sales Strategy:
    Formulate and implement sales strategies to ensure that both individual and team sales targets are achieved. Foster a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Brand Representation:
    Promote the essence of our brand through a polished appearance and a genuine passion for luxury jewellery. Ensure that merchandise presentation aligns with our brand's visual standards.
  • Store Management:
    Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including display areas and back-of-house spaces. Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to create captivating displays.
  • Compliance and Feedback:
    Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Actively seek customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in store operations.
  • Maintenance Coordination:
    Work with maintenance personnel to address any facility or equipment issues promptly, ensuring the store remains aesthetically pleasing.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the jewellery sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A genuine passion for luxury products and a keen eye for aesthetics.
