Your Key Responsibilities:

Conducting customer assessments, creating personalized care plans, and managing medication charts.

Ensuring stringent quality and compliance standards through regular audits and checks.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain and enhance care standards.

Providing invaluable guidance and support to our care workers.

Upholding robust safeguarding practices, documenting incidents, and following up on necessary actions.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • A proven track record in care work.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and plan your workload.
  • A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to start this qualification after your probation period.
  • Experience in leading/supervising a team is desirable but not essential.
