Category Leader

Our client, a leading UK food business, is seeking a skilled Category Manager to lead their grocery customers and drive growth across their categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category-led commercial strategies to maximize EBIT performance
- Work closely with the UK Head of Category and Sales Director to form the "Commercial & Category Compass"
- Lead a team of grocery customers to achieve business objectives
- Assist in forming short-term and long-term goals, with a focus on intellectual stretch and career development
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading FMCG businesses, either own-branded or own-label
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in an international corporate framework
