About the Role

Oaklands Global Aviation Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking a skilled Ramp Agent to join our client's team at a reputable International FBO client based in the South of England.

This is a permanent position with a 3 days on, 3 days off schedule, including 11.5-hour shift patterns with early and late rosters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aircraft Safety and Security: Ensure aircraft are safe on arrival by chocking and powering them prior to passenger disembarkation.
  • Aircraft Servicing: Provide water servicing, GPU, and other services required for operation.
  • Ground Equipment Movement: Move ground equipment, such as steps, to the airplane for embarking and disembarking passengers.
  • Baggage Handling: Safely off-load and deliver passenger bags to arrivals areas and load baggage for departure.
  • Aircraft Preparation: Make aircraft ready for departure, including holding closed doors and exterior checks.
  • Aircraft Movement: Perform pushback or tow, including headset control and wing walking.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate a flexible approach to work and adapt to changing situations.
  • Teamwork: Show a good attitude in teamwork and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Weather Conditions: Be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
  • Shift Work: Be happy to work early mornings and late nights.
  • Attitude: Display a great attitude with a can-do approach to work.
  • Training: Willingness to learn and be trained by the client.
