Requirements:

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef who can inspire and lead our team, develop and cost fresh seasonal menus, and drive sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience: A proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food, either as a Head Chef or in the position of Sous Chef.Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication skills and a passion for inspiring others.Organizational Skills: The ability to manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and all health and safety effectively at all times.Creativity and Innovation: The ability to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, with a focus on using only the freshest ingredients and innovative culinary techniques.Business Acumen: The ability to demonstrate great planning and organizational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour.Proactivity: A proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
