Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Nursery Manager to oversee our educational programs. This role is pivotal in guiding our teams to provide exceptional care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring adherence to high standards of early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursery teams to ensure exemplary care is provided

Qualifications Required:
A Full and Relevant Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education.

- Comprehensive understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with staff, parents, and community partners

Compensation:
Competitive salary starting from £42,523.80 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
