About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen & Bedroom Surveyor to join our team at Wren Kitchens. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for conducting expert surveys of customers' kitchens, ensuring accurate measurements for the design process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys of customers' kitchens, taking accurate measurements for the design process
  • Record all information electronically, adhering to GDPR guidelines
  • Maintain exceptional customer service, providing outstanding surveys and great communication to customers
  • Support the showroom team to improve planning skills, provide feedback, and reduce errors within the business
  • Audit plans in advance of order/delivery, providing feedback to develop designers' skills

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have a full UK manual driving license and be able to provide excellent service and expert knowledge to customers.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Full UK manual driving license
  • Excellent attention to detail and error checking skills
  • Highly organized, able to manage own time and multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Be process-driven and analytical while working efficiently
  • Able to provide excellent service and expert knowledge to customers

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Previous experience of conducting home measures/surveys
  • Experience using a CAD or planner software
  • Knowledge of kitchen installation/legislation
  • Knowledge of plan checking or error checking
  • Previous experience working in the kitchen industry
