Shire Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Ruminant Feed Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our farmer customers and sales personnel in the West Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical support for feed rationing and mineral use on-farm
  • Promotion and sale of supplement and feed products
  • Communication of technical product benefits to sales staff and customers
  • On-farm rationing and support for sales staff
  • Development of strong relationships with farmers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in feed advisory or ruminant nutrition desirable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and IT skills
