Job Title: Document Services Operator

Canon UK is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Document Services Operator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating digital print equipment, managing print queues, and ensuring high-quality output. You will work closely with end-users, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate digital print equipment, including mid to high-volume digital toner and inkjet print equipment.
  • Manage print queues and ensure timely and accurate delivery of print jobs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to Health and Safety regulations and COSHH guidelines.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of transactional print, unstructured print, and mid to high-volume digital toner and inkjet print equipment.
  • Excellent job planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of digital print technologies and workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
