About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Operative - School Support. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our school facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of cleaning tasks to ensure the school is clean and safe for students and staff, including cleaning classrooms, corridors, kitchen and toilet areas, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor buffing.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery effectively and efficiently, adhering to safe working practices.
  • Identify and report any equipment or building faults to the on-site supervisor or Area Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to minor queries or complaints, and escalating significant issues to the on-site supervisor or Area Manager.
  • Participate in staff training programs and adhere to the company's Health and Safety Policy.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team.
