We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Infrastructure team in the Midlands region. As an Estimator at Turner & Townsend, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by providing accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects.
Key Responsibilities- Production of detailed estimates and cost plans for infrastructure projects;
- Control and management of the estimating process at project level;
- Assistance with the gathering and sharing of estimating data;
- Supporting the development and promotion of estimating best practices within Turner & Townsend;
- Assisting in the achievement of departmental objectives;
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and providing expert advice to clients.
- Qualified to a high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with relevant experience;
- Relevant experience of providing estimating and/or QS services in a large project environment;
- Previous experience of working with estimating software packages;
- Membership of a relevant professional body with chartered status or working towards;
- Desirable membership of RICS / CIOB / A. Cost E.
