About the Role
Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Van Sales Professional to join their successful Middleton team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with current finance options, regulations, and legislation to provide customers with all available options.
- Effectively promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans, and warranties.
Requirements
- Experience working in a target-driven retail sales environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong and effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- A full, UK driving license.
