About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Architect to join our team at Mphasis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing architectural support in framing business requirements and driving digital solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client business and technology leadership to provide digital architecture thought leadership and develop need-based digital solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across cloud native architecture, Omni-channel system of engagement, big data architecture, advanced analytics & visualization, and legacy modernization.
  • Design and implement a unified digital platform integrating various customer engagement interfaces.
  • Understand business requirements and provide architectural/design recommendations.
  • Strategize the convergence of logged-in and public user experiences, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced user engagement.
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations for new tools and technologies.
  • Contribute to RFP and RFI for technical asks and solutions requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various systems.
  • Oversee the optimization of cost-benefit ratios in technological implementations and strategies on AWS.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in cloud technologies, serverless architectures, and digital transformation practices.
  • Understand CI/CD process and have hands-on experience on GIT and Jenkins.
  • Expertise on UML modeling using modeling tools like Sparx EA, and experience with containers and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
  • 5+ years of industry exposure to Government Sector.
  • Certification across Spark and TOGAF.
  • Skilled in generating business case and canned presentation material.
  • Strong leadership abilities and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
