We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Coordinator to join our Network Health team at InPost UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in resolving issues affecting our Automated Parcel Machine (APM) network.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing tickets, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. You will also be responsible for preparing and distributing daily reports, including the planned downtime list.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, experience managing stakeholder relationships, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to process changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tickets and prioritize issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports, including the planned downtime list
  • Verify issues by checking CCTV when necessary
  • Audit newly added parcel machines to the network for compliance and performance
  • Monitor and ensure the capacity of the machine network to meet customer demands
