Director of Data and AI

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Data and AI practice. As a Director of Data and AI, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of AI solutions that address complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in science, technology, or business studies, and extensive experience in blue-chip consulting in Artificial Intelligence & Data. Hands-on leadership experience from a highly relevant Data / Artificial Intelligence role in industry would be desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and cultivating new consulting opportunities
  • Leading analytics solutioning and delivery teams in coordination with other teams within the firm
  • Formulating hypotheses of potential issues and reasons for financial performance
  • Developing data-driven and analytical approaches for improving company performance
  • Presenting findings, key insights, and proposed solutions to client senior management
  • Managing high-performance teams in implementing solutions

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data technologies, predictive models, machine learning, and artificial intelligence algorithms. They will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
