Job Opportunity: Lead Associate Dentist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Associate Dentist to join our team at High Street Dental Practice. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a leading role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and treatment, working closely with our dedicated team of hygienists and therapists.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Support the practice manager in the operational management of the practice, including staff supervision and training.
  • Participate in the mentorship scheme, supporting an overseas clinician on their journey to becoming an Associate Dentist.
  • Enhance patient experience through effective communication and empathy, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
