We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leisure Attendant to join our team at Your Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, efficient, and high-quality service to customers
- Lifeguard and supervise pool activities, ensuring a safe environment for all
- Prepare, move, and dismantle equipment as needed
- Conduct housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere
- Support functions and events, including setup and teardown
- Attend ongoing training to maintain National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and achieve re-qualification
- Hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Experience in customer-facing roles, dealing with diverse groups and individuals
- Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the public
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
