As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of optical systems projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Oversee the overall management and operation of the site, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Project Delivery: Lead the Programme Management team to deliver optical systems projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Optimise resource allocation to meet project timelines and identify any additional resource or skill set requirements.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the site\u2019s management accounts and financial operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Development: Foster a positive working environment and support talent management, development, and succession planning activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in driving growth, design-ins, and executing on commercial programs.
  • Strong understanding of optical systems technology and commercial aspects.
  • Excellent programme management skills, including the ability to manage complex multi-year projects.
