About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our team at ABV Solicitors, a leading Criminal Defence, Regulatory and Fraud specialist firm.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and a demonstrable interest in criminal law. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and have the ability to conduct legal research.

The role will involve supporting solicitors with the preparation of casework, dealing with complex and novel legal issues, and liaising with counsel, courts, witnesses, and other third parties.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to work, be able to work accurately under pressure, and have a good understanding of the legal system.

Key Responsibilities
