**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Door Operations Specialist to join our team at Work Lyf Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial door systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Servicing and Maintenance**: Perform routine servicing and maintenance tasks on industrial and specialist doors, including roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, and rapid rise roll-up doors.
  • **Fault Finding and Repair**: Identify and repair faults on industrial door systems, including gates, bollards, and barriers.
  • **Site Attendance and Surveys**: Attend site surveys to assess repair requirements and provide estimates for work to be carried out.
  • **Administration and Reporting**: Complete accurate time sheet reporting, detailing jobs and travelling, and maintain personal van stock levels.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, advising customers of potential equipment faults and completing reports, job sheets, and basic administration on mobile tablets.

**Requirements:**

  • **Qualifications and Experience**: Hold relevant qualifications for industrial door works and have previous experience in the field.
  • **Initiative and Teamwork**: Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • **Flexibility and Availability**: Flexible on working hours, willing to work weekends and out of business hours.
  • **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Good customer service skills, communication, and interpersonal skills (both internal and external).
  • **Physical Demands**: Physically fit and able to work at heights.
  • **Certifications and Licenses**: IPATH & CSCS, PASMA qualifications are desirable. Previous field work experience within the industry is essential.

**What We Offer:**

Earnings of up to £50,000 per annum.
