Job Title: Event Producer

We are seeking an experienced Event Producer to join our team at Live Recruitment. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of events, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client and account management and development
  • Taking and interpreting briefs
  • Understanding the messaging and objectives
  • Creating engaging proposals with fresh and innovative ideas for content and engagement
  • Advising on production and technology
  • Agenda and content creation
  • Overseeing all elements of delivery
  • Working closely with internal teams
  • Management of pre-production scheduling, timelines, running orders etc
  • Budget management
  • Onsite management / facilitating virtual events
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven background of managing events end to end, coupled with a strong production understanding. Strong client-facing skills are essential, as is the ability to interpret client briefs and create engaging proposals.
