About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Podiatrist to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to patients in the Caithness area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive foot care services to patients, including nail surgery, deep enucleations, and wound care management.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the podiatry service.
- Develop and maintain a high level of clinical knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with best practices and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
- BSc qualification in Podiatric Medicine and registration with the HCPC.
- Experience in nail surgery, deep enucleations, and wound care management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with patients and colleagues.
- Full, current driving license.
