About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Podiatrist to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to patients in the Caithness area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive foot care services to patients, including nail surgery, deep enucleations, and wound care management.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the podiatry service.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of clinical knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with best practices and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

Requirements:

  • BSc qualification in Podiatric Medicine and registration with the HCPC.
  • Experience in nail surgery, deep enucleations, and wound care management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with patients and colleagues.
  • Full, current driving license.
