Role Responsibilities:
Your duties will include delivering practical, emotional, and social support to individuals.
Provide exceptional care and support, ensuring that the individuals we assist remain at the forefront of your efforts;
We seek individuals who are friendly, compassionate, dependable, and possess a good sense of humor. A valid UK Manual driving license is essential for this role.
We provide a comprehensive training program and the chance to work towards a Level 2 qualification, ensuring you feel confident in your role as a Support Worker, whether you are new to the field or have prior experience.
All team members participate in outdoor activities, meal preparation, social gatherings, and personal care tasks.

Incentives:
We are pleased to provide the following bonuses as you advance with Diverse Abilities:
- £100 upon completion of training
- £200 after successfully passing the six-month probation period
- £200 after one year of service
- £500 after two years of service
Long service awards are also available at 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25+ years, including vouchers and additional paid time off.
