Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of lifting systems and equipment.
  • Adhere to Safe Systems of Work in compliance with the company's Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) protocols.
  • Perform detailed examinations, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Marine Lifts and associated lifting systems.
  • Utilize your expertise to identify and resolve operational issues and performance-related faults.
  • Work independently while providing mentorship and technical support to junior engineers.
  • Engage effectively with clients and regulatory bodies to address technical challenges.
  • Generate comprehensive technical reports documenting findings and recommendations.

Required Experience:
  • Proven experience in the examination, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Marine Lifts and lifting systems.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Mechanical Systems, particularly lifting equipment, including maintenance practices and relevant inspection standards.
  • Demonstrable experience in conducting maintenance and inspections of lifting appliances.
  • Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, thorough examinations, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions.
  • LEEA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
