The Wacky Cafe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our children's play centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a consistently excellent customer service experience, and that all staff are trained to deliver high-quality service.
- Operations: Oversee the organisation, bookings, and events, and ensure that all operational procedures are followed.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to deliver consistently excellent service, and ensure that all staff are up-to-date with training and development.
- Reporting and Compliance: Report to head office and implement new decisions, delivering to clearly defined targets and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of management experience in the leisure or entertainment industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and writing skills, team player with passionate, positive, enthusiastic, outgoing, energetic, and willing to organise and plan characteristics, highly organised.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: 20-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Cycle to work scheme, employee discount, private medical insurance.
Language: English (required).
Work Authorisation: United Kingdom (preferred).
