About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team at Swatch Group. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing quality inspections on watches, managing work allocations, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspections on allocated watches, adhering to brand-specific guidelines.
  • Utilize the brand extranet to stay updated with instructions and policies, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Organize and manage your workload to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards.
  • Communicate regularly with QC and Workshop supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders about any potential delays.
  • Coordinate with watchmakers and technicians for minor corrections or queries.
  • Deliver completed work to the logistics department for dispatch.
  • Accurately record quality control and production data.
  • Conduct tests on new and refurbished mechanical movements.
  • Engage in brand-specific training and continuous development to expand your knowledge.
