Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Financial Advisers in preparing recommendations and maintaining client records.
  • Research and learn about various financial products, including individual and employer pension knowledge, investments, and protection products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and timely business process.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of pipeline and submitted business.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, including regular contact and booking annual reviews.
  • Process new business and submit to internal and external systems.
  • Develop a broad knowledge of financial products and services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy and professional environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Office 365.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
