Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed and accurate quotes to support our sales process
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and processes to convert quotes into purchase orders
  • Ensure timely and exceptional customer service at every step of the pre-sales journey
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Administer and progress customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Identify and act on opportunities to upsell and crosssell
Requirements
  • Experience working in estimating, sales, and/or administration within a technical environment
  • Experience delivering great customer service
  • An understanding of pricing and margins
  • Customer-focused with excellent networking and communication skills
