Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of goods, managing inventory records, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the shipment of goods, including scheduling and tracking deliveries
- Manage inventory records, including tracking inventory levels and updating relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to confirm shipments and manage delays
- Respond to inquiries from customers regarding shipment status and delivery dates
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Monday to Friday, Full-time permanent position
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:30pm, Friday 8:00-3:30pm
- Salary on offer: £11.92 Per hour; £24,000-£25,000 DOE
