Job Title: Category Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Executive to join our team at Lee Kum Kee (Europe) Ltd. As a key member of our European category management team, you will be responsible for driving category growth and portfolio development across the European market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, market trends, and potential risks, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to implement sales plans and promotional activities to achieve revenue targets and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and global marketing teams to ensure cost efficiencies and maintain a price competitive position.
  • Develop effective marketing campaigns, advertising strategies, and brand positioning in collaboration with our digital marketing and brand team.
  • Provide product and category training to sales and marketing teams, and support the leadership team to attract, lead, inspire, and develop employees.
  • Prepare and manage the category budget, including cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, food safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales/marketing experience in reputable FMCG food/beverage organizations.
  • Knowledge and experience in new product development and category management.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, including presentation and writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, excel in a cross-culture environment, and travel within Europe.
  • Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
